This English text is a courtesy translation of the French privacy policy, which prevails.

Data controller

The controller of the data collected on this site is ITRANSFORM, a SASU with share capital of €10,000.00, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 851 396 812, whose registered office is at 20 T rue de Bezons, 92400 Courbevoie, France.

Data collected

The site does not set any tracking cookies and uses no audience-measurement tools. The only personal data collected is what you voluntarily enter in the contact form: name, company, email address, phone number, and the subject and content of your request.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used solely to answer your request, arrange a meeting or give you access to a course. The processing is based on your consent (the checkbox in the form) and on ITRANSFORM’s legitimate interest in answering the enquiries addressed to it. No automated marketing is carried out without your consent.

Recipients and processors

Messages are received by the ITRANSFORM team. The form is operated by Netlify, Inc. (United States), the site’s host, which stores submissions on behalf of ITRANSFORM under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. No data is sold or passed on to third parties.

Training platform

Access to the edu.itransform.site platform uses your company’s Microsoft account. Progress and certification data is processed on behalf of your employer, under the training contract concluded with ITRANSFORM, and hosted in Europe by Hostinger International Ltd.

Retention period

Contact requests are kept for a maximum of three years from the last exchange, then deleted. Training data is kept for the duration of the contract with your company, then for three years as proof of certification.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can exercise these rights by writing todpo@itransform.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Fonts

The Montserrat and Roboto fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. When they load, your browser sends your IP address to Google’s servers. No other data is shared.
