The situation
In many factories, shop-floor networks have been connected to the office network over the years without anyone steering the whole: old equipment that can no longer be updated, remote access for maintenance contractors, poorly protected supervision workstations, scattered production data.
Customers, prime contractors and insurers are starting to ask questions on these topics. And production cannot stop for an update: we have to work within your maintenance windows.
Our goal
Support industrial companies in securing their sites, making use of their production data and reducing losses, by handling office IT and industrial IT (OT) together.
Starting point: the industrial assessment
The assessment is carried out without any intervention on the PLCs. We act on your production equipment only with the agreement of your site manager.
Offer 1Industrial assessment
Know where you stand on your production site, within a few weeks.
- Mapping of the shop-floor network and connected equipment
- Exposure points: remote access, supervision workstations, flows between office and shop floor
- Gaps against the IEC 62443 target and the expectations of your customers and prime contractors
- Three prioritised workstreams: security, data, performance
- Presentation of findings to site management and to general management
- Duration
- 3 to 4 weeks
- Your time commitment
- A site visit, interviews with production and maintenance
- Pricing
- Fixed price, agreed before any commitment

Production constraints
We schedule interventions with your site managers, within your maintenance windows.
Old equipment
When it cannot be updated, we isolate it: segmentation and controlled remote access.
Real-time data
Supervision, sensors and PLCs become a reliable source for managing quality, maintenance and energy.
Customer requirements
NIS 2 and IEC 62443 are increasingly requested by customers and prime contractors.
Our 4 services applied to industry
Cybersecurity & compliance
Zoning and segmentation of production networks (IEC 62443), preparation for NIS 2 requirements and for the audits of your customers and prime contractors, securing of remote access.
Microsoft 365, cloud & infrastructure
Backup and recovery of supervision workstations and servers, industrial cloud, secure link between the shop floor and office tools.
AI & automation
Collection and use of real-time data (SCADA, IoT), predictive maintenance, quality and energy monitoring, production dashboards, automation of technical procedures.
On-demand IT department
Site support, joint IT and OT steering, asset and licence management, relations with integrators and maintenance contractors.
What we add
We combine IT and OT. A single point of contact covers security, infrastructure, data and support, instead of four providers who do not talk to each other.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between IT and OT?
IT is office computing (email, servers, workstations). OT is industrial computing (PLCs, supervision, shop-floor networks). The two are increasingly connected, so they need to be secured together.
Do you work on our PLCs?
Not during the assessment. Afterwards, only with the agreement of your site manager, within your maintenance windows and in coordination with your integrator.
Do we need IEC 62443 certification?
Not necessarily. The standard mainly serves as a framework to structure the security of your production networks and meet your customers’ expectations. The assessment indicates the relevant target level for your site.
Our customers require NIS 2: where do we start?
With the assessment. It tells you whether you are in scope, directly or as a subcontractor, and what to do first.
