The situation
The situation differs from one organisation to another. Without a structured IT department, projects follow one another without governance, support rests on one or two people and security is handled case by case.
With an IT department in place, a rare skill is often missing at the right time: cybersecurity, AI, Microsoft 365, steering a sensitive project. Hiring an IT director and a team is not always possible, nor necessary. What you need is the right skill at the right time, with a manager who keeps the overall view.
Our goal
Outsourced: we act as your IT department. In support: we reinforce your teams with cybersecurity, AI and Microsoft 365 experts. In both cases, for a defined period, in whole or in part according to your needs.

Hands-on experience over the long term: a high volume of tickets handled for one client, with continuous follow-up.

How it works: 3 stages
1. See clearly
The IT systems audit gives the real state of play, the risks and the priorities.
2. Put in place
We take on steering and support, then add the building blocks you need.
3. Sustain
A monthly report, a regular review with your management and a controlled budget.
What we add
A single point of contact, experts spread across several disciplines and proactive management, to make the right decisions at the right time. We complement your internal team where there is one, and we manage the transition if you hire an IT director.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between an outsourced IT department and IT department reinforcement?
Outsourced: you have no structured IT department and we fill that role. Reinforcement: you already have an IT department and we support it on topics where it lacks capacity or expertise, such as cybersecurity, AI or Microsoft 365. The two can be combined and can evolve over time.
Is it suitable for a company of 50 people?
Yes. The package is built from one day per month per building block. A small organisation often starts with steering and support, then adds cybersecurity or application maintenance.
What happens if we hire an IT director in-house?
We manage the transition: documentation, handover and, if you wish, occasional support on cybersecurity or projects.
How is this different from a standard support contract?
A support contract responds to incidents. Here, a senior manager steers the roadmap, the budget and the risks every month, and support is one building block among others.
