The situation
Microsoft 365 is already installed in most companies, but it is often configured at launch and rarely reviewed since: overly broad access rights, duplicate documents, forgotten external shares, backups that have never been tested.
The result is familiar: teams losing time searching for information, sensitive data accessible to too many people and, in the event of an outage or attack, an uncertain recovery.
The same goes for servers and the cloud: duplicated data, rising storage costs, and nobody who can say with certainty what is backed up.
Our goal
Turn Microsoft 365 and your infrastructure into a reliable foundation: organised, secure, backed up and adopted by your teams.

How it works: 3 stages
1. See clearly
The health check produces a score by domain (identities, data, backups, licences) and a roadmap.
2. Put in place
Migration or reorganisation, then security and training, without stopping your business.
3. Sustain
Monthly review of rights, licences and backups, so that the environment does not degrade.
What we add
The people who diagnose are the people who configure. We advise and we implement, on Microsoft 365 as well as on the infrastructure, with security built in from the start and a single point of contact.
Frequently asked questions
We have already migrated to Microsoft 365: is the health check still worthwhile?
Yes, it is in fact its main use case. A successful migration does not guarantee a safe configuration: the health check verifies rights, external sharing, authentication and backups.
Should we move to Azure or keep our servers?
It depends on your applications, your production constraints and your budget. The health check answers this question before any investment.
Will the migration interrupt our business?
We schedule the cutovers outside production hours, with a rollback plan prepared before we begin.
Will our users be trained?
Yes, as an option in the Implementation offer: e-learning courses on our platform and workshops by team.
How does this relate to cybersecurity?
Most Microsoft 365 security measures are common to both services. If you also do the cybersecurity assessment, we reuse the findings of the health check so as not to redo the work.
